This is an open level, 6 week yoga course which will combine fun flows, mindful movement and accessible meditation with each week adding on a new layer to the practice. You will learn to move mindfully, breath optimally and improve your strength and range of movement in a laid back and supportive environment.
Class Dates 28th April, 5th May, 12th May, 19th May, 2nd June, 9th June (no class 26th May)
