Belturbet (Saturdays)
This is an open level, four week yoga course which will combine fun flows, world music and accessible meditation with each week adding on a new layer to the practice. You will learn to move mindfully, breath optimally and improve your strength and range of movement in a laid back and supportive environment.
Classes take place upstairs in the Townhall, Belturbet (above the library)
Classes run for 4 consecutive weeks, starting on April 13th and finishing on May 4th.
