This is an open level, six week yoga course which will combine fun flows, world music and accessible meditation with each week adding on a new layer to the practice. You will learn to move mindfully, breath optimally and improve your strength and range of movement in a laid back and supportive environment.
Classes take place in the loft at The LAB, 65 Main St, Cavan H12 XC79
Classes run for 6 consecutive weeks, starting on February 7th at 7pm and finishing on March 13th
